En dag finner Jeff en bowlerhatt i en antikvitetsforretning. Hatten tilhørte en gang en gammel, ekstravagant gentleman, vokteren av den lille postindustrielle byens virkelige historie. Når Jeff begynner å bruke hatten, ser han fantomer fra byens storhetstid. Dette hjelper ham i å finne sin egen personlighet. One day, Jeff finds an old bowler hat in an antique shop. The hat once belonged to an old extravagant gentleman, a keeper of the small post-industrial town´s true history. When Jeff starts to wear the hat, he sees phantoms from the town´s heyday. This helps him to reveal his own personality.
