Med et skjevt smil følger vi disse sterke karakterene gjennom personlige og til tider fotballtekniske utfordringer. Alcoholics, drug addicts, homeless people and a former debt-collector constitute the Norwegian national football-for-homeless people team. They go to Edinburgh to defend Norway´s honour in the World Cup. With a wry grin, we follow these powerful characters through personal and, at times, football-related challenges.

Hans Lukas Hansen er utdannet i Volda på dokumentarfilmlinja og animasjonslinja. Han konkurrerte i Grimstad med animasjonsfilmen «Devious Dan» i 2003 og var jurymedlem i Gullruten 2004. «Med Flagget på Brystet» er hans første tv-dokumentar. . Hans Lukas Hansen studied documentary filmmaking and animation at Volda University College. He competed in Grimstad with the animation film «Devious Dan» in 2003 and was a member of the Gullrute Award jury in 2004. «Street Soccer» is his first documentary for TV.
