Deres mest kjente kortfilm, «Je t´aime John Wayne» (2001) fikk både god mottakelse blant kritikerne og en BAFTA-nominasjon. Den vant senere European Film Awards. Toby MacDonald, Luke Morris both 29, are from London. They have worked together for a number of years resulting in the launch of their film company Cinema16. Their most famous short film, «Je t'aime John Wayne» (2001) received critical acclaim as well as a BAFTA nomination. The short film also went on to win Best Short Film at the European Film Awards.
